Only logged in customers can make reservations!
Bringing and picking up your bike
1. Always bring your bike to our store one day before service, so our mechanics can start working on it immediately the next day.
2. When the service is complete, you will receive an email confirmation, after which the bike can be picked up.
THINGS TO NOTE
- Maintenance is performed in the order of reservations and there is a certain number of maintenance slots for each day.
- Service is not always completed on the same day as the service time is booked, unless you have booked an express service.
- The bike must be picked up no later than 3 days after you have received the notification that the service has been completed, after this the storage cost is 5 €/day.
- If the bike is brought in late, its maintenance will be postponed to the next available maintenance period.
