How do I pre-order / reserve a bike?

Wheel reservations

You can book an electric bike for yourself in our stores. For advance bookings, we take a 10% down payment on the electric bike and the total amount of the product will be paid when the product is handed over to the customer. If you want the product to be delivered to your home, for example, then the rest will be paid in advance, eg. by invoice.

Advance booking cancellations

Advance reservations are binding. If you cancel your reservation and your bike has already left the factory or has already arrived at our warehouse, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel your order before sending the product from the factory, the deposit will be refunded. If we are unable to deliver the product within the promised time or the delivery of the product from the estimated delivery is significantly exceeded, you can then cancel the order and we will refund the downpayment to you.
