Delivery time for products is usually 1-4 days. You will receive a shipment tracking ID in the email. With home delivery of Posti and Matkahuolto, the delivery driver will contact you and the delivery time of the shipment will be agreed together with the delivery company.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at Checkout.

HOW TO ORDER?

Choose your products

In our online store you will find comprehensive information about our products and make purchases easily and quickly. An easy way is to use the search box at the top of the page if you want to search for specific products or alternatively you can use categories to find the product category you want. On the product pages, you can narrow the product results to be displayed from the crop menu on the left side of the page. Once you have found the products you want and selected the possible size or color options, click the “Add to Cart” button. You can view and edit your shopping cart from the “Shopping Cart” button at the top of the page.

Shopping Cart
In the shopping cart you will see all the products you have selected and a summary of the sum of the products. You can remove a product from your shopping cart by clicking the trash can icon next to the product. You can also reduce or increase the number of products in the cart. Once you have decided on the contents of the shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button.

Order information

  1. Personal Information & Shipping Address
    Next, we need your contact information so we can send your order to the correct address. If you already have an Electrobike customer account, you can use the “Log in” button at the top right of the page. If you have not yet registered an Electrobike customer account for yourself, then by filling in your information in the “Shipping Address” form and selecting “Create Account” at the bottom of the form, you can create a customer account for yourself.
  2. Delivery methods
    In the delivery methods section, you can choose how your product will be shipped and you will also see the price of delivery costs for the different options.
  3. Payment methods
    Next, you can choose how you want to pay for your order. The options are traditional online banking and payment card options, mobile payment, or Nordea Financing.

Summary of your order
In the last step, you will see a summary of the products in your entire order. At this point, you can still edit your order, shipping information, and payment method. When all the information is correct, click "PLACE ORDER" and you will be directed to the payment service provider's page according to your payment method, where you can make the payment for your order.

Your order has now been confirmed! You will receive an email with a summary of your order and confirmation that we have received your order!

Shipping
Depending on the delivery method you choose, your order will be delivered within 1-4 business days. If you chose to pick up from the store, you can pick up the products according to the store's opening hours, you will receive a confirmation message when the order has been collected and ready to be picked up.

Returns
You have a legal 14-day right of exchange and return for the products you purchase from the online store.

The products can be returned either with Matkahuolto's or Posti's free customer return service or you can bring the products directly to our stores. Electrobike is responsible for the return costs when the return has been made in accordance with the instructions through Posti or Matkahuolto's customer return service. You have the right to inspect the product and use it for 14 days. We recommend that you take care of the product and the accessories, instructions and, of course, the product packaging that come with it until you have decided to keep the product.

The buyer is legally liable for impairment if they have used the product. We ask that you keep all customer return documents carefully until you are notified that you have received the refund.

Restrictions on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act of Finland: Sealed products have no right of return once the product packaging has been opened. Hygiene products do not have a right of return after opening the package, as the product is not returnable for sale due to its nature. Hygiene products include helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, headphones and cycling goggles, and other similar products.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, service products or digital content do not have the right of withdrawal if the service has been completed or the delivery of digital content has started electronically after you have given your consent to start delivery and if the right of withdrawal has been announced in advance. Returned products must be carefully packaged.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

CAN I MODIFY THE PRODUCTS OF MY ORDER AFTERWARDS?
Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, you can no longer add products to it. To order more products you need to place a new order. In case of errors you can contact us and we'll look at the situation together with you.

ARE THE ELECTRIC BIKES DELIVERED PRE-ASSEMBLED?
All electric bikes are delivered installed and adjusted. All electric bikes will be installed and adjusted by Electrobike’s knowledgeable staff before shipment. When the order arrives, all you need to do is adjust the handlebar straight, attach the pedals and check the external condition of the bike and the functionality of the electrical system. Installations are mainly done with Allen keys. The electric bike also comes with instructions. Be sure to read the operating instructions for the electric bike before riding.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PRODUCT ORDER?
The order number found in the order confirmation can be used to track the progress of the package on the website of the transport company of your choice. In the My Account section, it's easy to track the progress of your order by clicking the "Track Order" button.

HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?
In warranty matters, the easiest way is to contact our customer service or visit our store. With our staff, you can agree on a suitable way for you to handle return and warranty issues. If the product is to be returned, we will of course send you the necessary return labels free of charge.
